Student Help

Franklin & Marshall students can direct questions regarding specific applications of instructional technology to an ATS Student Instructional Media consultant during the Fall and Spring semesters. ATS Student Consultants provide assistance with student-related Blackboard and instructional media production questions. Students may submit questions anytime electronically via the online form, or in-person during the walk-in hours listed below.

Walk-in Hours
Location: Stager Hall 029 - Ground Floor
Spring Semester 2008

Sundays 1 PM to 10 PM
Mondays 8:30 AM to 10 PM
Tuesdays 8:30 AM to 10 PM
Wednesdays 8:30 AM to 10 PM
Thursdays 8:30 AM to 10 PM
Fridays 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
