Media Distribution

The goal of the instructional design and development process is to deliver effective instruction. In many cases, that means presenting and/or distributing course materials to the learners. ATS supports a variety of methods for distributing course content – from overhead projectors to technology-enhanced classrooms to sophisticated course management systems like Blackboard.

Internet Distribution: Sharing course materials online via Blackboard and eDisk as well as "streamed" on-demand digital media.

Technology Enhanced Classrooms: Presenting images, audio, video, and computer-based information in specially equiped College classrooms.

Audio-Visual Equipment: If a TEC is not available, ATS will deliver A-V equipment to College classrooms in specific building on campus.

Campus Cable Television: In addition to the scores of available commercial channels, the College provides three "closed circuit" channels for hosting satellite teleconferences, unique programming, and special events.

Videoconferencing: When you just can't make the trip, communicate with colleagues "virtually" across the state, the nation, and the world!
