The College Library administers the budget and process to acquire video titles for Franklin & Marshall courses. These materials, once purchased, received, and cataloged, are available from the ATS Media Center for use within College courses. The video acquisition budget can be utilized by faculty from any Franklin & Marshall academic department. The funds become available at the beginning of each fiscal year (July 1) and continue through March 31 of the current fiscal year, or until the funds are depleted. Requests are accepted on a per order basis and are prioritized by departmental percentages, maintaining an even distribution of funds across the curriculum.
Online Request Forms are available from the College Library. Audio-visual resources can sometimes be difficult to find and purchase, therefore, please provide as much information as possible, so the Library can fulfill your order in a timely manner.
